BVICompany provides directory, editorial and enquiry-facilitation information. It is not an official registry, government department or regulator and does not itself provide registered-agent, legal, tax, accounting, investment, brokerage or lending services.

Directory information

We aim to keep provider information current and sourced, but public information can change. Users should independently verify important facts with the provider and relevant official sources before relying on them.

External providers

Any engagement with a Registered Agent, corporate-service provider or other third party is between you and that provider. BVICompany is not responsible for a provider’s advice, services, fees, availability or performance.

Shelf-company information

Any shelf-company listing must be provider supplied and remains subject to provider confirmation. BVICompany does not own listed companies, process payment, provide escrow or execute company transfers.

High-value introductions

Project financing, M&A, IPO-related, RTO-related and similar enquiries are considered only as potential introductions. No financing, transaction, adviser relationship or outcome is promised.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, attempt to interfere with its operation or present BVICompany content in a way that falsely implies official endorsement.
